You can welcome Operation Kindness into your workplace for a Work Paws Playdate. We’ll bring social dogs, puppies, and/or kittens to your workplace for interactive fun for your employees.

Work Paws Playdates

The Work Paws Playdates Program allows corporate partners to provide relief and interactive fun for their employees. Participating employees are encouraged to take a few minutes out of their day to leave their workstations and interact with the animals. Employees can walk a dog, play fetch, pet a puppy, or cuddle a kitten.
Welcoming Operation Kindness animals into your workplace helps your staff stay healthy and practice good habits, such as taking breaks. On a deeper level, pets help alleviate some of the stress associated with work life. They also promote team bonding, laughter, and a positive work environment.
Additionally, there is a huge benefit to the animals currently in our care. Playdates give them a chance to socialize and reveal more about their personalities which helps them get adopted.

Kindness Break  

Fee: $3,500  

Fair Market Value Fee: $500  

Estimated Tax-Deductible Contribution: $3,000*  

  • 90-minute on-site Playdate .   
  • Between the hours 8 am – 5 pm  
  •  3-6 Puppies, dogs and/or kittens (based on availability)  
  • Operation Kindness staff or trained volunteers  
  • Setup and cleanup  

Best for: Small offices, team appreciation events, employee wellness initiatives.  

Corporate Wellness Playdate (Most Popular)  

Fee: $4,500  

Fair Market Value Fee: $800  

Estimated Tax-Deductible Contribution: $3,700*  

  • Everything in Kindness Break, plus:  
  • 2-hour Playdate  
  • 5-10 Dogs, puppies. dogs and/or kittens (based on availability)  
  • Professional event photography (based on availability)  

Best for: Employee appreciation, wellness initiatives, corporate culture events.  

Corporate Impact Experience  

Fee: $5,500  

Fair Market Value Fee: $1000  

Estimated Tax-Deductible Contribution: $4,500*  

  • Everything in Corporate Wellness Playdate, plus:  
  • Up to 2.5–3 hours on-site  
  • Enhanced animal experience for larger groups, including additional animals and interaction areas, based on availability.  
  • Corporate recognition  
  • Shelter tour or volunteer experience  

Best for: Company celebrations or client appreciation events.

Tax-Deductible Information  

*Operation Kindness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Because participants receive goods and services through this event, only the amount paid in excess of the fair market value of those goods and services is tax-deductible as allowed by law. The estimated deductible portion is listed for each package and will be reflected in your acknowledgment letter.
