Dog Surrender
Making the decision to rehome or give up your dog is a difficult one. Operation Kindness will provide the resources we have available to accommodate your request.
Please note: Operation Kindness receives more requests than we have the space to accommodate. Submitting this form does not mean we have agreed to accept your dog. If you arrive at the shelter without a confirmed appointment, we will not be able to accept your pet.
To have your dog considered for intake, please complete this form. If we are able to take your pet, an appointment will be scheduled.
Surrender requests are scheduled by appointment for an evaluation, which includes a brief behavior and health assessment. Medical records will be reviewed at the time of surrender. Surrender appointments usually take about 30 minutes.
We do not provide pick-up service. Once your appointment is scheduled, please bring your animal in at that time.

A surrender fee of $100 per pet or $150 per litter will be requested for animals surrendered to Operation Kindness.
