Thank you for making North Texas Giving Day such a success! Because of supporters like you, we raised an incredible $829,247 from 2,105 donors for cats and dogs in need, exceeding our goal and making an even greater impact for animals across North Texas. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the generosity you showed and the trust you placed in us to care for pets in our community.
What’s even more remarkable is the impact our community made together. Between Operation Kindness Humane Society and our initiative, Friends of Dallas Animal Services, supporters helped raise $983,074 from nearly 2,500 donors to provide lifesaving care, shelter and second chances for pets throughout North Texas. This incredible achievement demonstrates the power of animal lovers coming together to make a difference.
Paws & Celebrate
To celebrate North Texas Giving Day as a community, we hosted our first-ever Paws & Celebrate 50th Anniversary Festival. During this event, over 25 local vendors came together to raise funds for our organization by donating portions of their proceeds from the day. In just one day, vendors raised over $2,700 for Operation Kindness Humane Society!
We are thankful for community members who came together to support our event and small businesses. Stay tuned for an announcement on future vendor markets!
How to continue supporting us
For those who missed out on North Texas Giving Day and would still like to support our work, we accept monetary donations as well as supplies, food and toy donations for all animals in our care. Donations are collected from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily at 3201 Earhart Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006.
You can also purchase and directly ship items from our Chewy and Amazon wish lists to help animals in need.
