Eric brings a unique blend of executive leadership experience, strategic relationship-building expertise, and a lifelong commitment to animal welfare. Throughout his professional career, he has built and led high-performing teams, developed meaningful partnerships, and helped organizations achieve ambitious growth goals. At the same time, he has spent more than a decade volunteering, fostering, advocating, fundraising, and supporting animal welfare organizations throughout North Texas.
Eric possesses a rare combination of professional expertise and genuine passion for the mission. Long before joining Operation Kindness Humane Society, he was investing his own time and resources into advancing animal welfare -including attending industry conferences, supporting local organizations, and finding ways to make a difference for pets and the people who love them.
As Operation Kindness Humane Society celebrates 50 years of impact and looks ahead to an ambitious future, Eric will play an important role in helping us deepen relationships with supporters, grow philanthropic investment, and expand our ability to serve animals across Texas and beyond.
Most importantly, Eric is known as a leader who invests in people.
