Natalie Richter is a seasoned nonprofit leader with more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, and development, 12 of which have been dedicated to advancing animal welfare. A data-driven and collaborative professional, she is passionate about building strong teams and driving measurable growth through innovative storytelling and engagement strategies.

As the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Operation Kindness, Natalie leads comprehensive brand, media, and fundraising strategies across digital, print, and traditional channels. Her work encompasses public relations, direct response, digital fundraising, and multi-channel engagement, ensuring the organization’s mission reaches and inspires a wide and growing audience.

Natalie also contributed her expertise to the digital engagement team at Best Friends Animal Society, one of the nation’s leading animal welfare organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Woman’s University and is a Certified Animal Welfare Administrator (CAWA), a credential recognizing excellence and leadership in the field.
