We’re excited to share another significant addition to our leadership team at Operation Kindness. As Meredith Jones transitions to her new role as Chief of Staff, we’re proud to announce that Jordan Craig will be joining us as our Chief Community Initiatives Officer. Jordan’s appointment allows us to seamlessly continue and expand our vital community programs while Meredith takes on her broader organizational leadership responsibilities.
In her role as Chief Community Initiatives Officer, Jordan will oversee our Lifesaving Partnerships Hub, as well as our forensics, lifesaving partnerships, community veterinary services, and interstate transport programs. Her addition reinforces our commitment to local, regional, and national collaborations, access to veterinary care, and large-scale lifesaving efforts.

Jordan Craig is a visionary leader in animal welfare, known for transforming bold ideas into sustainable, lifesaving programs. Her career spans both nonprofit and municipal shelter systems, with a consistent focus on improving outcomes for animals and the communities that care for them.
Most recently, Jordan served as Executive Director of Spay Neuter Network, where she led major expansions across North and South Texas. Her impressive accomplishments during this tenure include:
- Opening a new clinic and transport program in San Antonio
- Building a state-of-the-art facility in Dallas
- Developing custom scheduling software to enhance operational efficiency
- Strengthening regional partnerships to reduce shelter overcrowding and support underserved pet owners
