Who We Are
The Operation Kindness Humane Society Professionals Network is a community of engaged professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of animals in North Texas. Through networking, volunteer service, fundraising, advocacy, and leadership opportunities, members support the mission of Operation Kindness Humane Society while building meaningful relationships with others who share their commitment to animal welfare.
Whether you’re looking to expand your professional network, give back to your community, or make a lasting impact for homeless pets, the Professionals Network offers a meaningful way to get involved.

Steering Committee:
As we prepare for our official launch, we’re looking for founding Steering Committee members who want to help build this network from the ground up. If you’re interested in connecting with like-minded professionals while making a lasting impact for pets and the people who love them, we’d love to hear from you.
The Steering Committee will help to:
- Shape the vision and direction of the network.
- Help plan networking, volunteer, and engagement opportunities.
- Identify prospective members, sponsors, and community partners.
- Serve as an ambassador by sharing ideas and making introductions.
Estimated Time Commitment
- One 60–90 minute Steering Committee meeting each month (in person or virtual)
- Support a few Professionals Network events throughout the year
- Participate in occasional emails or brief calls as needed
